法國諾曼地(Normandie)以南的地區,靠近歐洲邊境的聖瑪洛海灣的小島「聖米歇爾山」為著名的世界遺產,在島上擁有一百多年歷史的 La Mère Poulard(普拉嬤嬤)餐廳,從過去普拉嬤嬤為了慰勞徒步千里辛勞的朝聖者,到現在慕名而去的旅人們,簡單、樸實的餐點卻能撫慰旅客們的心。2013 年的夏天會在台灣正式登場。
諾曼地的傳奇 - La Mère Poulard(普拉嬤嬤)於西元 1888 年在聖米歇爾山開立旅館,La Mère Poulard 運用她的天賦,完成了 700 道配方。當中最有名的「烘蛋料理」更是聞名全球,藉由規律又快速地攪拌節奏,將蛋汁放入銅鍋烘烤,蓬鬆的口感,金黃色的表皮,有著空氣感的烘蛋料理將呈現在您的眼前。
